THIS DEED is made by STEPHANIE BARRON as Personal Representative of the
Estate of FLOYD O. JOHNSON, a/k/a FLOYD O. JOHNSON, JR., deceased, Grantor, to
STEPHANIE BARRON, whose legal address is P.O. Box 128, Cascade, Colorado 60809
and DENISE NICHO SON, whose legal address is 8007 S. Madison Way, Littleton,

WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent was
made and executed in the lifetime of the decedent, and is dated August 24,
1983, which Will was duly admitted to informal probate on September 9, 1991,
by the Probate Court, County of El Paso, State of Colorado, Probate No. 92 PR
0736; and
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of said
