WHEREAS, a bond for Flatiron Paving Company of Boulder, Colorado as principal, and the State of Colorado as obligee has been issued by the Western Casualty Insurance Company, which bond is identified as No. 436 501, and WHEREAS, said bond was given as security for the rec- lamation of certain land by Flatiron Paving Company of Boulder, Colorado in connection with their gravel mining operation located in Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Flatiron Paving Company of Boulder, Colorado has requested that permission be given for the addition of the County of Weld as an additional obligee on said bond. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, be, and hereby is authorized to accept the rider on Bond No. 436 501 to add the County of Weld as an additional obligee on said bond. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of January, A.D. , 1977.
