Tract Oil and Gas Lease covering the described lands listed below to Whiting Oil and Gas Corporation:

As agreed we are requesting consent from Weld County to convey the lease to Whiting Oil and Gas
Corporation. Please indicate your acceptance by signing in the space provided below. Return one
