Per state Statute, we are required to use the time adjusted sales price of all of our comparables. As you review these comparables, the are all located in the same subdivision, within a block of the subject property. They indicate a range of value from $208,000 to $219,000. The sale of the subject property at $220,000, though after our data collection period, also bolsters our time adjustments.
