Bids were received and opened on January 21, 2015 for Public Safety Information
Technology (PSIT) Backup Solution. Two (2) bids were received ranging from
$195,676.65 to $259,006.80. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Public Safety Information Technology staff reviewed all of the bids. Global
Technology Resources, Inc. (GTRI) out of Denver, Colorado proposed the lowest cost
solution of$195,676.65 (software cost plus three years of maintenance) and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
With the above information, I recommend the BOCC award the B1500027, PSIT Backup
Solution, to Global Technology Resources, Inc. (GTRI)for a total amount of$195,676.65.
