ADD STREETS WITHIN KENNEDY SUBDIVISION
RANGE 67 WEST, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, SECTION 13
TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that it hereby accepts certain
portions of streets lying within the Kennedy Subdivision
located in the Northwest a of Section 13 , Township 6 North,
Range 67 West of the Sixth P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, said
streets being:
May Drive . 12 miles m/1
and being subject to Mr. Gilman E . Olson making inspection
and report thereof.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
4th day of June , 1975.

Drainage inspection in Kennedy Subdivision was made May 29 ,
1975 and all problems appear to have been corrected.
Said subdivision street is now ready to be accepted for
maintenance and same added to Weld County Road system.

Subject: Kennedy Subdivision On Or Before
An inspection was made on the streets in Kennedy Subdivision ,
located on County Road 23 one half mile north of State Highway
392 , after receiving Mr. Phillip W. Kennedy ' s request to accept
streets for maintenance .
Inspection showed this street appears to meet all Weld County
specifications , with the approach to County Road 23, all drainage ,
the 2" oil mat , all approaches to individual lots oiled , and the
cul-de-sac to be in good shape .
Lot 7 has a tube in the access that has been crushed on one end
and is plugged on the other . Lot 8 has a tube caved in slightly
on the upstream end.
I visited with Mrs . Kennedy and she assured me the two tubes
would be repaired right away.
After the above mentioned repairs have been made I would recommend
approval of May Drive , 60 ft . wide and . 12 of a mile long with a 50
ft . radius cul-de-sac at the East end be accepted for maintenance
and the demand note for $3700 . 00 along with Mr . Kennedy ' s financial
statement be released.
