HomeMy WebLinkAbout20153507.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR15-0034, FOR ANY USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT, ACCESSORY USE, OR USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW IN THE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICTS (PARKING, STORAGE AND STAGING FOR SEMI-TRUCKS, DUMP TRUCKS AND BELLY DUMP TRUCKS ALONG WITH MINOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR) PROVIDED THAT THE PROPERTY IS NOT A LOT IN AN APPROVED OR RECORDED SUBDIVISION PLAT OR PART OF A MAP OR PLAN FILED PRIOR TO ADOPTION OF ANY REGULATIONS CONTROLLING SUBDIVISIONS IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - FRANCISCO BARRON AND APOLINAR VALLEJO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 4th day of November, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Francisco Barron and Apolinar Vallejo, 12217 CR 28, Fort Lupton, CO 80621, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR15-0034, for any Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (parking, storage and staging for semi-trucks, dump trucks and belly dump trucks along with minor vehicle maintenance and repair) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot A of Recorded Exemption, RE-703; being part of the W1/2 of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and having been fully informed, finds that the matter should be referred back to the Department of Planning Services, to allow the applicant adequate time to complete the necessary application requirements and present the completed application to Planning Commission, after which a date may be set to be heard by the Board of County Commissioners.
