RESOLUTION
RE: ALTERING CERTAIN ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN THE CITY
OF GREELEY, COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO; IN INDIVI-
DUAL COMMUNITIES OTHER THAN GREELEY IN WELD COUNTY, COLO-
RADO; AND IN THE WELD COUNTY, COLORADO RURAL ELECTION
PRECINCT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursudnt to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it appears that changes in the boundaries of cer-
tain election precincts are necessary to properly update the
voting precincts located throughout Weld County, and
WHEREAS, in order that Weld County complies with the law
in every respect, it is desirable and necessary that the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, now consider,
determine and establish such modifications in the boundaries of
the various voting precincts in the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, as shown on Exhibit "A" which is incorporated by
reference at this point, which establishes the voting precincts
in the City of Greeley; and as shown on Exhibit "B" which is in-
corporated by reference at this point, and which establishes the
boundaries of the voting precincts in the rural areas of Weld
County, Colorado; and as shown on Exhibit "C" which is incorporated
by reference at this point and establishes the boundaries of the
voting precincts in the cities and towns (except Greeley) which
contain more than one (1) precinct in any such town, all in the
County of Weld, State of Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the new boundaries of
the election precincts in Weld County, Colorado, shall be as
shown on Exhibit "A" which is incorporated by reference at this
point, which establishes the voting precincts in the City of
Greeley; and as shown on Exhibit "B" which is incorporated by
reference at this point, and which establishes the boundaries of
the voting precincts in the rural areas of Weld County, Colorado;
and as shown on Exhibit "C" which is incorporated by reference at

this point and establishes the boundaries of the voting precincts
in the cities and towns (except Greeley) which contain more than
one (1) precinct in any such town, all in the County of Weld,
State of Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
May, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 1st day of June, A.D. , 1977.
