Hi Kim - I live at 2886 County Road 41 Hudson, CO 80642 and was hoping to attend the planning commission meeting
today regarding this referral. With the weather, we will not be able to make the meeting.

If you are able to take email feedback I wanted to respond that I have no issues with the use of this land as an outdoor
arena.
We have seen no issues with Trash or Noise.
We did have a concern with the traffic volume on the sand portion of the road, but understand Hudson and/or Weld
County will continue to do what they can to maintain the road.
