East and West bound traffic would be stopped on CR 102 at CR 17. The traffic count for CR 17 was taken in January 2014 with an MDT of 278. The traffic count for CR 102 was taken in January 2014 with an AADT of 39, both roadways are local roadways. CR 102 and CR 17 are both gravel roadways. The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) section 26.04 suggests that stop signs should be placed at an intersection of a less important road with a main road where application of the normal right-of-way rule would not be expected to provide reasonable compliance with the law. Public Works recommends that traffic be stopped on CR 102 & CR 17 in the East and West bound directions. • 2015-0496 February 12,2015 C:\Users\ramartinez\AppData\Local\MicrosoR\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Gutlook\BBCGBZMY\BOOO 021215 SS,doc Hello
