RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gene Stille be appointed to said board as the
At-large representative, to replace Jason Maxey, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Terry Cross be reappointed to said board as
the District 5 representative, and Jordan Jemiola be reappointed to said board as the District 5
representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gene Stille and to reappoint Terry
Cross and Jordan Jemiola to said board, with terms to expire July 31, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Gene Stille be appointed; and that Terry Cross and Jordan Jemiola be
reappointed; all with terms to expire July 31, 2018.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of August, A.D., 2015.
