The Assessor determined the valuation of our house has increased over 35% in the past two years to now be $255,912. We believe the correct valuation should be no more than $238,333, which is the average sale price of the only three identical houses that sold in the subdivision (Countryside Subdivision, Phase II) during the period January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. Our house and the three comparison houses were all built by the same builder, are the same model, and the comparison houses are all a year or two newer than our house.
