RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF JUDY GRIEGO AS AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OFFICER
FOR WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that an Affirmative Action
Officer needs to be appointed for Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the name of Judy Griego of the Weld County Human
Resources Division has been suggested as a fit and proper person
to be appointed as the Weld County Affirmative Action Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Judy Griego of the Weld
County Division of Human Resources be, and hereby is appointed
to serve as Affirmative Action Officer for Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
January, A.D. , 1979.
