Is there currently an access permit issued to the County by the City of Greeley for the access to the property
from H street? If a permit has been issued, would any change be necessary to the permit for the proposed
Geisert Pit Resubdivision? If a change is necessary, can you send me the application or relevant information for
requesting a change to an access permit?

Weld County engineering is requiring that the access be labeled on the plat with the access permit number if
any. If a change is not necessary and a permit has been issued, can you send me a copy of the permit that
contains the permit number for inclusion on the plat? Thanks.
