Conway Commissioner Julie A. Cozad Commissioner Steve Moreno Also present: Clerk to the Board, Tisa Juanicorena County Attorney, Robert Frick Assistant County Attorney, Frank Haug The following business was transacted: G I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 22, 2015, and duly published April 27, 2015, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to obtain public input regarding changing the boundary lines of Commissioner Districts in Weld County, Colorado. Frank Haug, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record, and explained an approval Resolution will be presented for consideration after an additional notice is published for a subsequent meeting that must be held at least 30 days after this public input hearing. In response to Commissioner Cozad, Carly Koppes, Clerk and Recorder, stated traditionally notice is simply provided by newspaper publication. Responding to Commissioner Conway, Ms. Koppes confirmed the District boundaries are evaluated every two (2) years to make sure the three districts are as equal in population as possible. e No public input was offered concerning this matter.
