WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has notified the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the subdivision improvements required by the Weld County Sub- division Regulations of the developer of the subdivision known as College Green, First Filing, located in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WISWa) of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 66, Weld County, Colorado, has been performed, and WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has recom- mended the release of the demand note issued by First National Bank of Greeley in the amount of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($9 , 614) securing performance by the developer of the required subdivision improvements.
