In a voice mail from Debbie of the Weld County Assessors office in March of 2015,she stated that in the past the land value was adjusted down due to it being deadlocked and not able to build upon.The county approved the Ross Kopp Subdivision which 3.) R6357586 ,HUDSON definitely limited the use of these properties.I tried to talk to the owner of the Ross Kopp subdivision,Kristin Miller to see if she was interested in buying the lots, and she never responded.In summary I think the lots are worth$500 at best.
