RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NCMC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Trustees for NCMC, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Brian Underwood be appointed to said board
as a Trustee representative, to replace Dave Owen, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Brain Underwood to said board, with
a term to expire January 10, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Brain Underwood be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Trustees for
NCMC, with a term to expire January 10, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of June, A.D., 2015.
