RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF THE CONSERVATION TRUST FUND EXPENDITURES TO
THE TOWN OF GROVER, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, following the submission of an application by
the Town of Grover for assistance in the project known as
a park shelter in the Town of Grover, Weld County has extended
to the Town of Grover, a grant from Conservation Trust Funds
in the amount of $3, 000. 00, and
WHEREAS, after receiving all bids, the Town of Grover ha's
informed the Board of County Commissioners that it has accepted
the low bid of $3, 002. 00 from Ray Price, and
WHEREAS, the terms agreed upon are as follows:
A. Following completion of the project, the Town of
Grover must report to Weld County its acceptance of the
project from its contractor.
B. Such report shall include an accounting of actual
expenses for the project and a request for reimbursement of a
specific dollar amount.
C. Upon receipt of this report and request for reimburse-
ment, the County shall determine the amount of reimbursement
and will make a single payment to the Town of Grover.
WHEREAS, it has been further agreed that Weld County shall
reimburse the Town of Grover during the calendar year 1978 .
It is therefore understood and agreed that the project should
be completed and the request for reimbursement forwarded no
later than December 1, 1978, and
WHEREAS, upon consideration of the aforementioned request
from the Town of Grover, the Board of County Commissioners
deems it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County to
approve the same in the amount of $3, 002. 00 to Grover through
said Conservation Trust Fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners that said Board does hereby approve the Conservation
Trust Fund expenditures to the Town of Grover, Weld County,
Colorado, as more fully set forth above.
The above and foregoing Resoltuion was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
March, A.D. , 1978.

subject: Conservation Trust Fund Expenditure for Grover
Please prepare the same resolution as before for the Board of Commissioners to
commit to Grover $3,002, plus a contingency of 10% from the Conservation Trust
Fund for the purpose of constructing a park shelter in the Town of Grover.
Grover has received 3 competitive bids for concrete, lumber, flagstone and other
materials from the following:
1 . Ray Price $3,002.00
2. Western Home Improvement 3,123.78
3. Allen Construction 3,308.56
The Town of Grover has accepted the low bid of $3,002 and is prepared to pro-
ceed.
