Water and Sewer Service to the LEC Construction Site on Parcel # 096319000062
To whom it may concern :
LEC Construction has been in contact with Central Weld Water District
regarding a water tap for their property. Central Weld is requiring LEC to contact
the Platte Valley Fire District regarding Fire Hydrant requirements to the site. In any
case, Platte Valley Fire Protection requires 30 days to make that decision . LEC
would like to submit for their USR during this 30 days fully anticipating they will be
given a water tap by Central Weld . In the event Central Weld does not provide a tap
they will begin the process for a well application with the State of Colorado.
LEC Construction will have a soils engineer provide a septic design for the site
when they feel comfortable that the USR will more than likely be approved .

RE: Cost of Water Service
Dear Landon,
This letter is in response to your request for water service to serve the following property described as
follows:
Lot B of Rec Exempt RE-2977 being a part of the SW '/ of the SE ' of Section 19,
Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld, State of Colorado.
Parcel #096319000062
Water service can be made available to the above described property. Submitted herewith is the cost for one
5/8" tap & one fire hydrant at WCR 54/49 & 51 :
5/8" Tap Fee $26, 100.00
Fire Hydrant $ 4,000.00
TOTAL DUE $30, 100.00
Upon receipt of the above "Total Due" and the appropriate documentation being signed in the District's
office by all deed holders, the District will prepare a work order for the installation of the meter set. The
District requires a 30 day notice for a tap installation. The cost estimate and availability of service is good for
30 days. Please note that it is your responsibility to contact Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District
at 800-369-7246 for petitioning• confirmation into the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District. Central tt%ld cannot issue a tap until all requirements are satisfied. This is in accordance with
the Rules and Regulations of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
Fire flow analysis was completed for this site, with a two hour fire flow of 2,250GPM, the minimum pressure
of 20PSI was maintained in the distribution system.
The District will not notify, by separate letter, any prospective landowners or land purchasers of tap fee or
line extension cost increases. Pursuant to District policy, the Tap Fee and/or Capital Improvement Fee will
have to be paid in advance to the District by the prospective customer.
It is your responsibility to confirm with your local Fire Protection Authority if fire flow water capacity is
required for your project. The above cost is for a water service tap only and does not reflect fire flow water
capacity.
