Bids were received and opened on April 13, 2015 for B1500101 Network Equipment for Chase
Building. Four(4) bids were received ranging from $75,470.00 to $99,901.00. Attached is the bid
tabulation for your information.
Information Services staff has reviewed and evaluated all of the bid responses. Global
Technology Resources, Inc (GTRI) from Denver, CO was lowest bidder and the proposed equipment
meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Global Technology Resources, Inc (GTRI) is therefore recommended by staff.
Based on the above information, I recommend the BOCC award the bid B1500101 Network
Equipment for Chase Building, to Global Technology Resources, Inc (GTRI) for a total amount of
$75,470.00.
