RE: RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 233 - MIKE SEKICH, JR. AND
ROWENA SEKICH.
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting
held on the 10th day of November, 1976, in the Chambers of the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that
a certain parcel of land, being the property of Mike Sekich Jr.
and Rowena Sekich, 4998 Weld County Road No. 34, Platteville,
Colorado 80651, described as that portion of land located in
the East Half of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 68 West
of the 6th P.M. in Weld County, Colorado, and more particu-
larly described as follows :
Beginning at the North Quarter (Na) Corner of said
Section 14, from whence the Northeast (NE) Corner of
said Section 14 bears N89°49 ' 59" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto, thence
N89°49' 59" E. 20 .00 feet; thence S00°15 ' 20" W. 1325. 00
feet; thence N89°49 ' 59" E. 280. 00 feet; thence
N00°15 ' 20" W. 1325. 00 feet to the North line of said
E#, Section 14; thence N89°49 ' 59" E. 2304. 30 feet to
the Northeast Corner of said Section 14; thence
S00°11 ' 53" E. 1727. 06 feet along the East line of the
Northeast Quarter (NEa) of said Section 14; thence
N81°18 ' 39" W. 594. 82 feet; thence $61°53 ' 05" W. 483 . 37
feet; thence S8°02 ' 24" E. 157. 23 feet; thence S83°26 ' 18" E.
391. 75 feet; thence S44°14 ' 38" E. 269. 23 feet to a point
on the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of said
Section 14; thence S00°11 ' 55" E. 1886. 55 feet along the
East line of said SEa; thence N89°50 ' 29" W. 1320 . 24 feet
to the West line of the EastHalf (Eh) , Southeast Quarter
(SE') ; thence N00°01 ' 41" E. 1913. 79 feet to the North-
west Corner of said Eh. SE4; thence S89°53 ' 51" W. 381. 65
feet; thence N00°06 ' 09"W. 400 . 00 feet; thence S89°53 ' 51"
W. 216. 00 feet; thence S00°06 ' 09" E. 400 . 00 feet; thence
S89°53 ' 51"W. 715. 00 feet to the Center Corner of said
Section 14; thence N00°15 ' 20" E . 2652. 07 feet to the
point of beginning; thus described tract containing
194, 393 Acres.
does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms
"subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section 30-28-
101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, desires to exempt this particular division of land from
the definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" pursuant
to its authority under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973 , as
amended, and Section 2-1A(3) of the Weld County Subdivision
Regulations;

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hereinabove
described parcel of land owned by Mike Sekich, Jr. and Rowena
Sekich be exempt from the definition of the terms, "subdivision"
and "subdivided land" pursuant to its authority under Section
30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1A(3) of
the Weld County Subdivision Regulations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th
day of Decanber , A.D. , 1976 .
