Gentlemen: Please be advised that public hearings before the Mead Planning Commission and the Board of Trustees have been set to review and consider the annexation of Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, Sekich Business Park. The property is owned by George and Diane Wood, 636 Westhill Dr., Berthold, CO 80513. The property is currently zoned industrial in Weld County and is occupied by the D & D Service Company, a heavy-duty truck and diesel repair facility. In accordance with C.R.S. § 31-12-108 (2),this notice has been sent to the Board of County Commissioners and County Attorney for Weld County, and to each special district or school district having territory within the area to be annexed. This notice has also been sent to service providers and those holding a franchise with the Town. Attached is a copy of the published public hearing notices,together with a copy of the applicant's petition for annexation and the adopted resolution finding substantial compliance and initiating annexation proceedings.
