Traffic coming in to the property will be 60% from the south, 40% from the north. Ones in the property will be on a gravel road to the arena, around the arena will be arrows directing traffic. On a week days will be no traffic other than the owners. On 3 of the weekends par month will be our own association practices around 15 people, ones in a while 2 or 3 other teams up to 60 people. One day a month from May till October November wheatear permitted will have a bigger event with up to 350 people, we calculate about 70 autos pick ups, about 25 trailers with horses, they will start be coming around 11 am leaving as they finish 5 pm done by 7. If more information is needed please let me know. I believe all Board members were present and we were first on their agenda. The Planning commission raised several questions of which their greatest concern was the County Road (CR 41) the wear and tear of the road and who was going to be responsible for the maintenance ? One of the commissioners asked if we were going to be a part of this up keep of the road ? Our answer was that it is the County that will maintain but the we were willing to do our part in helping out. The remaining questions were general in nature as to traffic, water- water run off and Emergency Traffic in and out of the property during the Event. We answered accordingly as in our answers submitted to the County when submitting the plans the day Mr. Robles was at your office filing the Pre-Application for the USE Permit. As far as any water run off into the Irrigation Canal that borders the property, we explained that there is a large retaining pond on the property that helped collect any run off of rain, snow etc.and that there is a trench around the arena. And that there is a 3' Ft deep trench that runs adjacent to the canal catching any excess water before running into the canal. Note: At the conclusion of the meeting a vote of the commissioners was taken with the vote being in favor of and to support of the plan submitted for USE Permit USR15-0051. According to the Letter addressed to the Planning Commission in Greeley, I believe that it reflects the questions that we covered and we answered at the meeting both in Greeley and Hudson. We have contacted the Town of Lochbuie and are still waiting their response to attend their Town Meeting (Steve) said that he would get back to us either Gabriel Robles or George Herrera CCSLLC but as of today and this correspondence we have not heard of any meeting.
