RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF WEED CONTROL ENFORCEMENT LIENS - FRANKLIN
HOBART
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2014-3435, dated November 3, 2014, the Board of County
Commissioners, of Weld County, approved the Certification of a Weed Enforcement Lien against
Franklin Hobart, in the amount of$2,024.29, which was recorded with the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder on November 14, 2014, at Reception No. 4061584, constituting a lien against said
property described as Parcel No. #030330000007, Section 30, Township 10 North, Range 67
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the owner(s) of said properties have paid the entire amount of said lien, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to release the above mentioned
lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above referenced Weed Control Enforcement Lien against Franklin
Hobart be, and hereby is, declared to be satisfied in full and hereby released from said property.

Release Lien on landowner's weed control enforcement bills
The landowners listed below have paid their taxes in 2015 which included the weed control enforcement bills that
were placed as a lien on their properties. The lien on the following property must be officially released by the Board
of County Commissioners.
The amount paid on August 3, 2015 was $276.34 for the property owner James Thompson 235 Cherokee Pl,
Lochbuie,CO 80603;Parcel#146925109006,Section 25,Township 1 North,Range 67 West of the 6th P.M.,Weld
County, Colorado.
The amount paid on October 31, 2015 was $2,024.29 for the property owner Franklin Hobart 204 W 6th Street,
Crooks, SD 57020-2085; Parcel#030330000007, Section 30,Township 10 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado
