From what I gather, this landowner is requesting to split his parcel for development
of two additional houses bordering Arrowhead Res.? What is the controversy, just
that the many residents already living around the res. do not want to see two more
houses? Unless there is a wildlife issue that I do not know about, I have no
comment. Please fill me in if I am missing something. Thank you

Hope your holiday season is going well. I am just checking to see if Parks and
Wildlife has any referral comments for this case. This case was being processed in
conjunction with COZ14-0005 (see attached) for which you already provided
referral comments. This resubdivision is on the same property as COZ14-0005. I
am double checking because I have a feeling this is going to be a controversial
