Your valuation is a 23% increase over the previous year's valuation and I believe this is not in line with the "similar" properties that I have provided. I believe that my property should be valued at $256,641. Any consideration to keep my residence valued at its' previous valuation of $256,641, will be greatly appreciated and fair.
