To Whom it May Concern:
This letter serves as notice that Weld County will not renew the following annual
contracts with Motorola:
#S00001024529 — Master Site Contract
#S00001019363 - Infrastructure Contract
#S00001017673 - Subscriber Contract
#S00001024530 — Console Contract
Pursuant to Section 17.7 of the contracts, Weld County hereby provides its thirty day
notice of its intent to terminate the contracts on the anniversary date of January 1,
2016. The effective date of the termination shall be midnight on January 1, 2016.
Weld County intends to contract separately with Motorola to continue the following
services: Tech Support and Security. However, these services shall be contracted
through new and separate contracts.
