RE : APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO USE COUNTY EQUIPMENT AT NEW RAYMER
DUMP.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, upon notification from New Raymer, the County has
agreed to cover the New Raymer Dump by utilizing Weld County
equipment in the area of the New Raymer Dump, and
WHEREAS, notification has been received from New Raymer
and the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to
approve said request and further to turn the matter over to the
Weld County Engineer for scheduling equipment to cover said dump.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of New Raymer
to use Weld County Equipment at the New Raymer Dump be, and hereby
is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that this matter be
turned over to the Weld County Engineer for the scheduling of
equipment in the area for use at the New Raymer Dump.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
October, A.D. , 1978.
