RE: ADOPTION OF POLICY REGARDING WELD COUNTY REVOLVING FUND.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 15th day of June, 1977, did adopt a policy re-
garding the Weld County Revolving Fund, and
WHEREAS , the following added paragraph number 8 . should
have been included in the Resolution adopting the policy of the
Weld County Revolving Fund, to-wit:
8. The Revolving Fund will increase to an amount
of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5 , 500. 00) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned para-
graph number 8. , be, and hereby is , included in the Resolution
regarding the adoption of policy for the Weld County Revolving
Fund, said Resolution being adopted on the 15th day of June,
A.D. , 1977 , by the Board of County Commissioners .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th
day of June, A.D. , 1977 .
