A regular meeting of the Weld County Planning Commission was held in the Weld County
Administration Building, Hearing Room, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. This meeting was called to
order by Vice Chair, Nick Berryman, at 9:00 am.
Roll Call.
Present: Benjamin Hansford, Michael Wailes, Nick Berryman, Terry Cross.
Absent/Excused: Bruce Johnson, Bruce Sparrow, Gene Stille, Joyce Smock, Jordan Jemiola
Also Present: Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services; Bruce Barker, County Attorney, and Kris
Ranslem, Secretary.
Commissioner Berryman announced that due to lack of quorum Case COZ15-0001 will be continued to
the next business meeting on September 1, 2015.
The Chair asked if there is anyone in the audience who would like to speak regarding Case COZ15-0001.
No one wished to speak
The Chair asked the public if there were other items of business that they would like to discuss. No one
wished to speak.
The Chair asked the Planning Commission members if there was any new business to discuss. No one
wished to speak.
Meeting adjourned at 9:20 am.
