This letter is to approve the bid submitted by Johnson Auto Plaza,12410 E 136th Ave,Brighton,CO
80601 in the amount of$47,721.87(plus$199 for manuals)for 2016 Chevrolet 2500 Double Cab CNG
Truck.
After reviewing all of the bids submitted and allowing the bidders the opportunity to update their bids to
include all of the minimum specified equipment for the original bid amount;the proposals from Johnson
Auto Plaza and Spradley Barr Ford were the only complete submittals. The Town will accept Johnson
Auto Plazas proposal because it is the lowest bid that was complete and met all of the minimum
specifications.
The Town agrees to pay the matching amount for the grant of 17.21%or$8,212.93 the vehicle.
Please order this truck from Johnson Auto Plaza as soon as possible. The Town appreciates the
cooperation and assistance that Weld County has provided during this process. If there are any other
