The facility is designed with multiple features to
control / contain spills
Entire system will be remotely monitored so that it can
be immediately shut in if there is a problem
O All tanks will be within secondary containment that
consists of an impermeable liner and metal ring
Leak detection sensors will be installed within the tank
containment and will be remotely monitored - the
system will shut in if a leak is detected
O Tanks will be equipped with check valves so a leak in
one tank will be isolated so that other tanks do not
empty
All truck loading and unloading will occur on concrete
pads with sumps to capture any leaks
The site will be bermed to provide tertiary containment
