WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 4th day of May, 2015, at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Barbara Kirkmeyer, and Commissioners Mike Freeman, Sean P. The subject is a complete automotive dealership, doing business as Transwest Truck and Trailer Sales and Repair, located on the east side of Interstate 25 between Highway 52 on the south and Highway 119 on the north with excellent visibility. The subject contains 638,633 square feet or 14.66 acres of land and is improved with a 38,890 square foot complete automotive dealership building. The subject's improvement was built in 2005, is constructed of average quality metal frame and is considered in typical condition. Cost Approach: The subjects land has 638,633 sq. ft. and is valued at$1.75 per sq. ft.for a total of$1,117,608.
