Whereas, the owners of Lots 24 and 25 abutting that 50: street known
as 23k Street, a public highway or street lying between Lots 24 and 25,
First Addition to Arlington Gardens, Weld County, Colorado, as shown on the
attached Vacation Plat, and hereinafter more particularly described, have
made request and it is deemed to the best interest of the County of Weld
that said portion of 23k Street East of the West line of 5th Avenue abutting
Lots 24 and 25, First Addition to Arlington Gardens, Weld County, Colorado,
be vacated, and,
%hereas, the hereinafter described portion of 234 Street East of the
West line of 5th Avenue has been heretofore duly platted and dedicated to
the public but has never been opened or used and is not necessary to the
convenience of the public, therefore the closing and vacating thereof will
work no injury to the public rights, and, NOT THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY
That the following described street or highway, to-wit:

particularly described, has made request and it is deemed to the beat interest
of the County of Weld that said portion of 25th Street East of 5th Avenue
abutting Lot 17, First Addition to Arlington Gardens, Weld County, Colorado,
be vacated, and,
'Whereas, the hereinafter described portion of 25th Street East of the
West line of 5th Avenue from the boundry between Garden City and Weld County
has been heretofore duly platted and dedicated to the public but has never
been opened or used and is not necessary to the convenience of the public,
therefore the closing and vacating thereof will work no injury to the public
rights, and,
Vhereas, said roadway constitutes the boundry line of a Town and County,
it may be vacated by joint action of the 3oard of County Commissioners of
Weld County and the Town Council of Garden City, as required by Chapter 120,
Article 1, Section 13 (b) Colorado Revised Statute, 1953, NOW THEREFORE
DE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY Car ISSIONERS OF MELD COUNTY
That the following described street, to-wits

the boundry line between Ray's Subdivision, Third Addition
to Garden City, Weld County, Colorado, being a subdivision
