I received your appeal of the new Bill Barrett field office facility at 33105 County Road 33 in Weld County, Colorado. This parcel was purchased by the owner in the base period for $350,000 and then they constructed a new 15,200 sf office building with a permit value of$1,797,359 (total of$2,147,559). We have this valued at the Marshall & Swift cost value totaling $1,906,624 or $143 psf. This value is also supported by the following sales in the base period. 1. 095909430013 at $141 psf. 2 2. 095909430008 at $183 psf. 3. 095914402002 at $132 psf. This building was complete as of 01/01/2015 which is our assessment date. We are meeting tomorrow to schedule the appeal hearings on July 29-31.
