Home My WebLink About780623.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO TO CONVEY REAL PROPERTY. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County has acquired, and is the owner of the following described real property, duly recorded in the records of the County Clerk and Recorder of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, as follows, to-wit: Treasurer's Recorded Book & Deed Date page/Reception No. Description 2670 9/22/76 778/1699636 Lot 7, Block 16, Erie WHEREAS, said properties have been duly advertised for sale in the Greeley Journal and the Greeley Tribune on January 18 , 1978 and in the Longmont Times Call on February 8 , 1978 . Said property has been duly offered for sale at a public meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on the 22nd day of February, 1978 , in the Chambers of the Board, excepting therefrom the reservations in the United States Patent and existing reser- voir sites and irrigation ditches, if any; existing rights-of-way, however evidenced or acquired, and subject to existing leases, and all County-owned structures, if any, on said property and all property used for County purposes , and WHEREAS, Matias and Rosa Valdivia, P. O. Box 74, Erie, Colorado, 80516, bid One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150. 00) as the purchase price for said properties and being the highest and best bidder, said property was sold.
