RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that H. V. Crumly, of Route 1,
Box 40A, Windsor, Colorado, is the owner of approximately 3.492 acres
of non-irrigated agricultural land located in the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Crumly is desireous of selling a parcel consisting
of 2. 323 acres of this land, and keeping the balance unto himself, and
WHEREAS, it appears that to accomplish said sale, Mr. Crumly
may apply for a Recorded Exemption from the Subdivision Regulations of
Weld County, as the same is defined in Section 9-4 of the Weld County Sub-
division Regulations, and
WHEREAS, in addition to evidence presented by Mr. Crumly, the
Weld County Planning Commission staff has presented evidence and made
representations concerning the desirability of granting said variance, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners feels that when
all the evidence and representations are considered, good cause for granting
said variance of up to 2. 323 acres from the minimum lot size requirements
of the Weld County Zoning Resolution has been shown.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the
powers granted to the County under Chapter 106 CRS 1963 and Section 9-4A
(6), Weld County Subdivision Regulations as amended; that Mr. H. V. Crumly
is granted a variance of 2. 323 acres from the lot size requirements of the
Weld County Zoning Resolution,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this variance is allowed so that
H. V. Crumly may proceed to apply for a Recorded Exemption and the lot
size variance is conditioned on Mr. Crumly applying for and doing all neces-
sary to obtain said Recorded Exemption within 1 year, and said variance is
limited to H. V. Crumly, and will terminate if he sells or otherwise discon-
tinues his interest in the abovementioned land prior to obtaining approval for
and recording the abovementioned Recorded Exemption.

Dear Sirs:
The attached plat, application, and other items are in reference
to a request, by H. V. Crumley, for a Recorded Exemption. The
parcel contains approximately 3.492 acres. The request is to
split approximately 2.323 acres from the parcel .
Based on the information submitted and Weld County Regulations,
the Planning staff recommends approval for the following reasons:
1 . The proposed split complies with the intent clause, Section
9-2 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations for a Recorded
Exemption in-so-far as it would be a higher and better use
of the land.
2. The proposed split complies with the Comprehensive Plan in-as-
much as the proposed use would utilize agricultural land re-
stricted from use.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Monday, April 24, 1972,
in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, for the purpose of hearing the petition of Eastman Kodak
Company, Windsor, Colorado, requesting a change of zone concerning
three parcels of land and designated on plat as follows, to-wit:
PARCEL A - From "A" Agricultural District to "I"
Industrial District, Planned Unit Development;
PARCEL B - From "I" Industrial District to "5"
Scientific District; and
PARCEL C - From "A" Agricultural District to "S"
Scientific District, and
WHEREAS, the petitioner was present and represented by counsel,
James C. Cunningham and Hugh A. Burns, and
WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zones, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld
County Planning Commission as submitted, and having been fully informed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of County
Commissioners, that the petition of Eastman Kodak Company, for change
