RE: APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September, 1975, the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, did establish
the WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY by appointing the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, to membership
on said Board, and
WHEREAS, since that date, there have been changes in the
membership of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado and it is necessary to reappoint the current Board of
County Commissioners to membership on the Weld County Housing
Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and pur-
suant to the authority of law, the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, hereby determines and orders that
members of the Board of County Commissioners shall be the members
of the Weld County Housing Authority, that the term of office
of each Commissioner shall be coterminous with his or her
term on the Board; that the Chairman of the Board shall ex-
officio be Chairman of the Weld County Housing Authority.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
January, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 24th day of January, A.D. , 1977.
