RE: APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO JOSE B. SANDOVAL BY QUIT-
CLAIM DEED.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado purchased two lots adjacent
to Jose B. Sandoval as part of the Evanston Project. Said property
being more particularly described as follows :
Lots 36 and 37 , Block "K" , Evans Addition
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that in order to obtain
financial assistance, Weld County must transfer the property back
to Jose B. Sandoval, and
WHEREAS, a quit-claim deed effecting said transfer has been
prepared and presented to the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado. A copy of said deed is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to approve said quit-claim deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the quit-claim deed transferring
said property as hereinabove described be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman of the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado be, and hereby
is, authorized to sign said quit-claim deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote, on the 26th day of
February, A.D. , 1979.
