A public hearing was conducted on April 29, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated March 20, 2015, and duly published
March 25, 2015, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Circle B Land Company, LLC, do Bill Barrett Corporation, for a Substantial Change
Determination, USR15-0011, concerning a review of a previously denied application for land
use (Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0003, for Oil and Gas Support and Service) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District. Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of
record.
El Michelle Martin, Department of Planning Services, stated that after further review, staff
determined that this is a Use by Right, therefore, the Substantial Change Application is not
necessary and they are requesting the case to be withdrawn.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
El Commissioner Moreno moved to approve the request of Circle B Land Company, LLC, do
Bill Barrett Corporation, to withdraw the application for a Substantial Change Determination,
USR15-0011, concerning a review of a previously denied application for land use (Use by
Special Review Permit, USR12-0003, for Oil and Gas Support and Service) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District, based on the recommendation of Planning staff. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Cozad, and it carried unanimously. There being no further
discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:07 a.m.
