Gas, LLC. (CR 134 & CR 55 SL-ROW O&G Road)
Request for assignment of Non-Exclusive License Agreement:
Assignment of existing Non-Exclusive License Agreement (Doc. #2011-3181) for the Upgrade
and Maintenance of Weld County Right-of-Way with Covenant Energy, Inc., to utilize Weld
County Road 134 Section Line Access on CR 55 Section Line Public Right-of-Way for a distance
of approximately 4 miles to access their Oil and Gas Operations Facility, to Extraction Oil & Gas,
LLC.
Recommendation:
All required documentation has been provided by the applicant. The Department of Public Works
recommends approval of the assignment of Non-Exclusive License Agreement (Doc. #2011-3181)
from Covenant Energy, Inc. to Extraction Oil & Gas, LLC.

Attached is the NLA that Covenant Energy was granted by Weld Co. We acquired all of
Covenants assests in the area and this agreement would have been included. Would you please
