Dear Mrs. Steinmark:
Thank you for your letter July 7 and the follow-up information which
I received today in regards to the demand note covering the improvements
on Appaloosa Acres.
One fire hydrant has been placed, the other fire hydrant will be placed
sometime within the next twelve months. At this point there has been
no need for the second fire hydrant due to the fact that no building
has been done in that portion of the development. The street name
signs haven't been erected mainly because I completely forgot about
them. I will check with the planning department and see that this is
done in the near future.
I will also check with the planning department about the monuments and
boxes. At this point I have no idea what they are talking about.

Dear Mr. Gilbaugh:
Weld County is holding a demand note on property listed as follows:
Gilbaugh' s Appaloosa Acres 65-7-33 -- dated 4/25/73
in the amount of $1,580 with an original complete date of
3/22/75.
The demand note was to guarantee street and/or subdivision improve-
ments; however, the completion date of these improvements is long
past due.
The County requests a reply from you as to the status of the
improvements covered by the demand note. We would like to schedule
an inspection of those improvements which have been completed to-date;
if the improvements are acceptable, the County will release the demand
note. Please list a revised completion date for improvements which
have not been completed.
We thank you for your attention to this matter. We would appreciate
a reply within the month of July.
