The purpose of this Use by Special Review Permit Application is to enable UET Midstream, LLC
to operate a crude oil tank storage facility and aass II Oilfield Disposal Facility on their
agriculturally zoned property. The site is currently vacant agricultural land and no buildings or
drives are associated with the property.
During construction bottled water will be provided by the contractor. Following construction
and when the facility is operational, potable water shall be provided by a commercial water
well that is proposed to be located on the parcel. A permit for an Exempt Commercial water
well will be filed with the Sate of Colorado Department of Water Resources(DWR)
concurrently with the Weld County UStapplication. The DWRissued well permit number will
be provided to Weld County Saff immediately receipt.

The purpose of this Use by goedal Review Permit Application is to enable UET Midstream, LLC
to operate a crude oil tank storage fadlity and Class II Oilfield Disposal Facility on their
agriculturally zoned property. The site is currently vacant agricultural land and no buildings or
drives are assodated with the property.
During construction the fadlity will be served by a portable toilet as a temporary sewage
disposal system. It will be pumped bi-weekly or as needed, and its contents will be fully
disposed of at proper munidpal treatment fadlity(s).
Following construction, the fadlity will be staffed by approximately 5 employees that work 12-
hour shifts. There will be 4 full time employees and one (1)manager per shift. The fadlity will
require an 8'x28' semi-portable office trailer with restroom. Commerdal water well will be
permitted on the property to provide drinking water for drivers and employees and running
water for the office and the bathroom facilities. An On-Ste Wastewater Treatment System
(OWTS) is proposed to serve the restroom and will be designed and permitted through the
Weld County Department of Public Health & Environment prior to use of the fadlity.
