RE: Highland Dairy USR-1395

The Board of County Commissioners in a work session held on Wednesday November
12, 2003 determined that a building permit will not be required for the manure separating
building at the Highland Dairy. However, the electrical service and wiring will require an
electrical permit.
A Certificate of Compliance (COC) for this 780 square foot building is required. Please find an
application enclosed. A copy of the approved COC along with this letter will be attached to the
USR plat to record the existence of the building at the dairy site. A corrected mylar plat will not
be required.
