Dear Commissioner Carlson:
We would like to thank the Larimer/Weld Council of Gov-
ernments for the time and attention we received last night for
the review of the A-95 application for the wastewater facili-
ties portion of the Northglenn Land and Water Resources Man-
agement Program.
As we understand the motion passed by the Board, our
program has received a positive A-95 review and was found
to be consistent with the draft goals and objectives of the
Larimer/Weld 208 Plan. It was also our understanding that
the Board motion was not meant in any way to compromise the
position of Weld County Commissioners in their consideration
of the special use permit required for the wastewater facility.
Thank you once again for your time, and please let us know
if we can respond to any questions of the Board in the future.
