Home My WebLink About20150424.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on December 29, 2014, the Board approved revisions to the Bylaws for the Regional Communications Advisory Board, and WHEREAS, it has been recommended that all of the position representatives be appointed with terms as further detailed on Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint the various representatives to said board, with the exception of Deputy Alan Caldwell to allow further discussion regarding residency, and with terms to expire as reflected on Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that all of the position representatives, excluding Deputy Alan Caldwell, be, and hereby are, appointed to the Regional Communications Advisory Board, with terms to expire as reflected on Exhibit A. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of February, A.D., 2015.
