CERTIFICATION OF HEARINGS: Hearings conducted on July 6, 2015: 1) Hearing Concerning
Proposed Designation of the Site Selection and Construction of Those Major Facilities of a Public Utility
Consisting of Pipelines and Storage Areas of Utilities Providing Water as a Matter of State Interest
Pursuant to §24-65.1-401, C.R.S., and Weld County Code §21-1-210(B)

Each individual is allowed a three-minute period of time in which to address the Board of County Commissioners on topics which are not on the

public hearing,such as a land use or violation hearing,and you will be asked to give your testimony at that hearing,either in person or in writing.
