I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 12 ,
1977 , duly published September 14, 1977 and October 5 , 1977 ,
in the Greeley Journal, a public hearing was held by the Board
of Weld County Commissioners for consideration of the planned
use of General Revenue Sharing Funds for the Year, January 1 ,
1978 through December 31, 1978 . Representatives of various
community agencies and groups as well as individual citizens
made requests for revenue sharing funds for their programs
and projects. Members of the audience were also allotted
time in which to make supportive statements of the funding
requests. After all testimony was heard and all evidence
received, Chairman Steinmark informed those attending that
the Board would give consideration to each request made;
however, a final decision would not be made by the Board until
the Final Budget and Revenue Sharing Hearing scheduled for
November 23 , 1977 at 7 :30 P.M. All five Commissioners were
in attendance at the hearing. The hearing was adjourned at
9: 50 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 121 (b) (1)
of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972 , as amended,
the Board of County Commissioners, County of Weld, Colorado, will
conduct a public hearing for consideration of the planned use
through

General Revenue Sharing Funds for the Year January 1,
December 31 , 1978.
SAID HEARING will be held in the First Floor Assembly Room,
Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado,
on October 19 , 1977 at 7: 30 o'clock P.M. All persons interested
in the planned use of the Revenue Sharing Funds are requested to
attend the hearing and may be heard.
BE IT ALSO KNOWN that a copy of the proposed Planned Use of
said Revenue Sharing Funds is on file in the Office of the Clerk
to the Board of County Commissioners at the above address and is
available for public examination, upon request, between the hours
of 8: 00 A.M. and 5: 00 P.M. , Monday through Friday.
