Conway Commissioner Julie A. Cozad Commissioner Steve Moreno Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Tisa Juanicorena Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe Planning Services Department representative, Diana Aungst The following business was transacted: Ca I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 1, 2015, and duly published May 6, 2015, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Bucklen Equipment Company, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR14-0073, for any Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (recycling of aggregate including concrete, asphalt and fill dirt) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. la Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, entered the request of the applicant to continue the matter to July 29, 2015, to allow time for the Board of County Commissioners to examine the final documents from the Planning Commission hearing, which took place on July 7, 2015, and to grant the request of the applicant to present to a full quorum of the Board. El No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. la Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Bucklen Equipment Company, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR14-0073, for any Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (recycling of aggregate including concrete, asphalt and fill dirt) e.CA;PC lip.-1 2015-1958 PL2348 HEARING CERTIFICATION - BUCKLEN EQUIPMENT COMPANY (USR14-0073) PAGE 2 provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to July 29, 2015, to allow time for the Board of County Commissioners to examine the final documents from the Planning Commission hearing, which took place on July 7, 2015, and to grant the request of the applicant to present to a full quorum of the Board. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Cozad, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:11 a.m. This Certification was approved on the 13th day of July, 2015.
